  • Hollywood still hasn't figured out this whole 'Interweb' thing, hence the often idiotic domain names chosen by the studios to promote their new movies. Hollywoozy is the first Website devoted to reviewing movie domain names, and it's the brainchild of domain name expert and former movie critic Bill Sweetman.

Bill Sweetman's Review:

Promising French director Mathieu Kassovitz directs this science fiction action movie about a mercenary (Vin Diesel) assigned to escort a woman (Michelle Yeoh) out of Russia. What's the big deal? Turns out she's packing a deadly synthetic virus. Since a California rock band named Babylon A.D. already owns babylonad.com (I bet traffic to their site is up quite a bit these days!) Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation chose to go with the predictable "movie" appendage version.
